If your cosigner has good enough credit and low enough debt to income you may be able to find someone to finance the car. On your own or if your cosigner doesn’t have plenty of unencumbered income to pay your loan, then you are out of luck.

They expect you to pay the overages as you agreed to when you signed your contract.
