I just DEPed in the AF today, these were the 4 jobs i chose?

how long did it take you to get your job and ship date?

    umm you could be shipped anytime after the 23.. so can’t really help ya there..

    You get you M.O.S. after boot camp. Do not be suprised if you do not get anything close to your four job requests. I didn’t and was told the government needs come first, and it was their need not clearance issues.

    The day i DEPed into the AF I got my first job I picked (fighter crew chief) and my ship date (April 14) thats was Jan. 13th.

    I hope you looked into services thats like the worst job ever in the military as far as no action.

    Action as in like anything at all. I didnt join the Air Force for action I joined to work on planes so…..whats your point stubs

    You’re going to get security forces or services, both are always in need. I went to meps 22 Dec, got my ship date by Feb, and have no job…

    BG- if you’re looking for action why did you join the AF?
    And from what i hear, Services has the cushiest arrangements on deployments.

    I wasn’t trying to call you out at all, but you made it sound like ‘battle field’ kind of action, like crawling through the ditches and such. ;-) Sorry to sound rude.

    You will most likely get security forces because there is always a high demand for them. Ship date I would estimate q4 this year or q1 2010.

    I just got my ship date yesterday and I DEPed..um i think 5 March? or around that time
