After recalling the complaints I discovered on web sites, I had second thoughts on all sides of ordering from ApplianceZone.com. Fortunately, common sense kicked in and I remembered that for each vocal pissed-off customer, you don’t see the multitude of silent satisfied ones. I am glad to say that my experience with ApplianceZone proved that I was correct - I got positive service, original equipment replacements at half the expense of Sears and very fast delivery.
A couple of points to pay attention to before finalizing your order. 1) Assure that you get the right part numbers. Verify with a few similar sites that have the parts you need and ensure they all agree with the same part numbers for your model appliance. 2) In advance of paying for expressed shipping, confirm with ApplianceZone to attest that they have all the parts for your needs in stock.
