Am I about to make my electric bill more? (I pay my own utilities.)
I live in an high-rise with one HVAC unit. I was out of town that specific day they did the maintenance for the year. I’m confidently sure it hasn’t been maintained for a few years.
And what do the maintenance guys do exactly?
I know my landlady won’t do this once more pending at least next year and I now don’t have any money to pay anyone.
