Am I going to make my electric charges higher? (I pay utilities.)

I live in an residence with one HVAC heat pump unit. I was out of town that one single day that they do the stuff for this year. I’m almost sure it hasn’t been serviced for three years.

And what do the service guys do specifically?

I know my landlord doesn’t do this over again until at least next year and I don’t have any money to pay anyone.

My contractor does air conditioner repair Chester.

Can you help, I overlooked my home HVAC Maintenance day (via postie)

The other day I was sleeping and heard something in the duct work leading to the boiler, it was a critter (guessing a bird) trying to get out. Then all of a sudden, I heard it fall into the boiler. My question, do I need a professional to remove the now I am assuming dead bird? If not, by using the boiler, will we smell the birds body as it decomposes or will the smell go out the vent in the roof? Will the bird being in the boiler cause any danger? My hubby is on a medical and will be for at least another month and we really can’t afford another debt right now for a service call, so I’d sure appreciate some feedback and or suggestions.
