Need to buyout lease, currently unemployed?

My lease is coming to an end and my car has 10,000 miles over my limit on it. I want to buyout my lease and have a co-signer. I am currently unemployed because of mild weather (I do HVAC service) What are my chances? And if I can’t get financing how will they expect to collect on my overages?

Am I going to make my electricity charges go up? (I pay for utilities.)

I live in an apartment with one HVAC heating and cooling unit. I was gone that one single day that they do the stuff for this year. I’m quite certain it hasn’t had service for several years.

And what do the service guys do exactly?

I know my landlady won’t do this again awaiting at least next year and I now don’t have any incomes to pay a tech.

My HVAC company does heat pump maintenance Glenn Allen.
