which one is the best for small business S-corporate,LLC or LLP?

I want to open myself, no partnership.

    ~~You may want to file as just a sole proprietor. It is the easiest one and you do not pay any corporate taxes. You can change entities when ever you decide it would benefit you.

    Here is a website I use all the time. I even used them when my husband became a pool contractor, as we decided to incorporate. This website answers everything plus is a great aid in keeping yourself legal.~~
